Former Professional Footballer Curtis Started his footballing journey at Manchester City where he played for the treble winners for 12 years. He also gained International Caps for England U19, & U20. After Leaving City he went on to play for such Football League clubs as, Wrexham, Swansea City, Newport County, Fleetwood Town, York City, Stevenage, Macclesfield & Bury.

With over five years of working in SEMH and SEND schools, where he has honed his skills in supporting Key Stage 3 and 4 students with complex educational needs. His role has involved tailoring lesson approaches to meet individual needs, ensuring that each student receives the right support to thrive academically and socially. Curtis has developed a deep understanding of the challenges faced by students with special educational needs, including behavioural, emotional, and social difficulties, and is committed to creating a safe and nurturing environment that encourages personal growth and learning.

Designated Safeguarding Lead

Former Professional Footballer Henoc played for Merseyside giants Liverpool for 8 years, learning daily from some of the Premier Leagues best players. Henoc was able to play for his country D.R Congo U18. He also went on loan to Northampton Town & Partick Thistle.

Henoc has developed a strong skill set through his extensive work in Residential Care Homes and SEMH and SEND schools, where he has supported young people who have faced significant challenges. Working in these settings, Henoc has gained valuable experience managing students with complex behavioural, emotional, and social needs. He is skilled in staying calm under pressure, adapting his approach to the individual needs of each student, and creating a structured, supportive environment. Henoc’s ability to build trust and communicate effectively has been essential in helping students navigate their difficulties and succeed.
